Last updated August 2026. These terms are in draft while the product is in its founding period; the operator service agreement is signed separately during onboarding.

The website and demo

The website and the demo agent are provided for evaluating Billboard Agent. The demo works against fictional data, drafts only, and its output is illustrative, not an offer to sell advertising space.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the demo: no attempts to circumvent rate limits or conversation caps, no probing for other visitor or operator data, and no automated scraping of the demo.

No warranty during evaluation

The website and demo are provided as they are, without warranty. Nothing on the public site is a commitment to a price, an availability, or a level of service; those live in the operator service agreement.
